Delay in posts being displayed

Sorry to use this forum, tried to PM Demopad but got message that he did not accept private messages.

Just joined a week ago and notice that my first post appeared only 2-3 days after submission. My second post hasn't shown up yet. Why is that?

Every user's first post is manually approved by a forum administrator, to ensure that it is genuine, and not spam. Once approved though, further posts should be immediate.
