I am currently using 2.363. When I open Designer it says there is an
update. When I say yes to the update and select the download link, it sends
me into my login on the web site. I log in and it’s accepted but nothing downloads. It brings
me back to the “Welcome to the Cloud Portal” etc. On that page nothing can
be selected for download. I am using Chrome in Windows 10. No downloaded
file show up. I even tried it in Microsoft Edge with no success. The design
program version 2.363 does work OK as I was able to make changes and update
them to my iPad.
I sent an email to DemoPad support but didn’t get a response which is unusual.
Could some setting in Win 7 be not allowing the download? Don’t know what else to do.

Once logged in to the cloud portal, choose the Downloads option from the top menu. If you still have difficulties please let us know & we will email you the direct link for software download.

I sent the email through your web page link. Anyway, if you can send me the direct link I’d appreciate it as I still can’t download the update. After my accepted log on, it just goes back to the cloud web page with no file to download option.
