Cannot upload project

I cannot seem to get my project to upload to my iPad. Both the iPad and the computer (Windows7, 64-bit) are on the same LAN. Windows firewall is off. I can ping the iPad from the computer, and can ping the computer from the iPad, so I know there is IP communication. There is no port blocking on my router. Do I need to have a web server on my Windows PC to make this work? Is there a document that describes the settings to check for Windows 7? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Do you get some sort of error from the iPad when you try to upload from your PC? One thing to make sure, is that the file you are trying to download from is one word ie: demopad-test and not two seperate words ie: demopad test
