Demopad and netgear router

I have a netgear DGND3700 and use demopad to control a opus system, itachi wifi and a Aviosys 9100 ip video.
When connected to the netgear router none of the demopad controls work or no video comes up. I also have a apple extreme and a older d-link router around the house used as access points and when connected to them demopad works great.

I can't find anything why this may be. Anyone have any ideas?

Certain netgear routers do not play nicely with iOS devices, suggest updating the firmware from netgear's site.

Looks like its all up to date. Will have to stay away from netgear in the future I think.

I'm looking to get a new router now. Netgear d6300 looks good but I'm guessing I could have the same problem with demopad with it.
What routers are everyone else using?

Asus N55U, great Router, works well with Demopad. I had a Netgear previously.
