Hi,

thanks for these commands. I cant seem to get them to work with an RXV673 model. Are they ready to be uploaded into demopad and for IP control of this model?

Any advice appreciated.

Yes. First thing to do is connect to the amp with a TCP client program, such as Hercules. This will confirm that the amp is on the network, and will confirm the port (think it defaults to 50000) can accept commands. There is a setting in the amp to 'enable network standby' - this ensures that the power on command will work if the amp is in standby mode.

thanks for that. Got that working. It was the incorrect port causing issues.

I have noticed that a number of source options are missing such as INTERNET RADIO, TUNER, USB and AIRPLAY options are missing from this list. If anyone comes across how to add these then please let me know.

You should be able to search the internet for the Yamaha Amp IP Protocol, and find the YNC / YNCA document - all the commands should be in there.

I dont get the On Screen Menu command to work.
With the Ir it works on Ip not
