Volume Feedback Storm Audio ISP

Post by mcsortan » Sat Oct 23, 2021 12:52 am

I'm trying to get feedback for volume level working with my Storm Audio ISP Mk2

I have set up two way feedback based upon a pattern

I have used the command

ssp.vol(.*)

to send the response to a label

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but can't work it out.
The syntax from the IP command database for the Storm is below

ssp.vol Read current volume level.
Response is: ssp.vol.[-xx], where "xx" is the current
volume level.
Range value from -0 to -100.

thanks for any help

Feedback issues are often caused by having the wrong response terminator, ie the last character(s) of data sent back from the device. Try confirming with Hercules what this should be, and also confirm that if you populate your label manually with some data, that it appears.
