Hello,

I am moving off my iPad 2 to an iPad 3 I was able to download the app. When I opened it up to sync my project it asked to restore purchases and I said yes. It kicked up an error message box and said it can't continue and shut down. I tried opening the app again, and it goes to a black screen and then closes. I have unistalled and installed, rebooted, any combination there of. Nothing.

I checked the notes and it said it is compatable with this version of the iPad. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Software version of the CentroControl isn't showing in the setting or in the app store.

Question... would it matter if I have the other app still going on the first iPad Mini? I am nervous to take it off and not have it work.

Have you tried entering the project password from DemoPad Designer in CentroControl settings? I believe the password is mandatory now.

Did you finally get it to load. I am also using an old version and can’t remember if I had a password for designer or not. I have DemoPad on a standard iPad and on a iPad Pro as a backup. Designer still works for me.
