Project numbers: 'Is Graphable' option. Just noticed with 2.215 (I think). What is it, how is it used?

It has been around for a while - it enables the ability to see historical graphs of number / flags, only when using a Centro-8 - variables which are centralized on the Centro-8 have their values stored whenever they change.
