Is launching an App within a Panel possible?

I currently have my DirecTV panel set with a button to launch the DirecTV app when I want/need to use it. Problem is it launches the app and takes me out of the DP interface. What I'd like to do is launch the DirecTV app within a 'window' on the panel (much like can be done with web pages). Is that possible? If so, how?

I'm afraid not - Apple don't permit this
