Kaleidescape - volume hooks?

Hi there
I saw on the Tutorials listing that Demopad supports calling of the Kaleidescape app with the embedded return call back button. Just wondering whether Demopad also supports providing the relevant volume control hooks for the volume buttons in the native Kaleidescape app?
Without this there will be some bouncing back & forth from Dempoad (for volume control) & the Kaleidescape app - for selection, navigation, etc.
The Kaleidescape protocol doc notes that hooks to control volume are supported for certain 3rd party control systems... but Demopad is not one of those listed. Not sure if that is because Demopad is too new, or because Demopad can't (or hasn't yet) implement this...
Thanks
