I know this may be a dumb question, but what will open a "dc1" file extension to view the commands?

I may have missed this but... Is it possible to disable screen lock/timeout while demopad is running so that you don't have to wake the iPad each time you need to use the remote? Ex. I use a TiVo and every time a commercial comes on, I have to press home to wake up the iPad, then swipe then reactiva...
