I'm just stunned t hat we have to go to those lengths to display the time on a page. Why can't we simply set the a text object to the current time variable? This is not an ideal implementation by Demopad if you ask me.

Thanks Trevor, yes its the new 4th Gen and I could turn off the Auto rotate but I have other apps that I use on the iPad. To turn it off just for a few seconds here and there is not going to work. It would be better to have an option in the Demopad settings to allow for either landscape, portrait or...

Is there a way to set up Demopad to allow only the portrait orientation. I probably don't require the landscape if possible I'd like to disable it. I've tried to delete the landscape home page but the interface doesn't allow it.
