Re: Insteon Hub
I'm using Charmed Quark Systems - it's a really nice system, but it's USA based, and I'm in the UK, so it's a bit frustrating because there is only basic support for the Hub - nearly all the users have the ISY, which is not available in the UK, and the drivers are being developed to support that. So...

Re: Insteon Hub
Thanks for your reply. I'm using a Homeseer-like automation system, but can't interface to it. It's a shame it's so difficult, I'd like to have a floor layout with bulbs which show that on/off status of the lights. I can do it in my HA system, which does have an iPad/iPhone controller, but I like De...

Re: Insteon Hub
Is it possible to get lamp status feedback from the hub? I've trawled through all the info, but it's all around ISY, and the hub doesn't have the REST stuff.
Has anyone been able to set up feedback?

Re: Insteon Hub
My hub seems to require the username and password, which I think is blocking the Demopad command. (If I run the command directly in the browser, it will work - so long as I enter the hub login). Is there any way to get around this? ETA: Managed to remove the login from the hub, but I still can't get...

Re: Insteon Hub
Thanks so much! Hopefully I'll get a chance to try it out this weekend, swamped with work at the moment!

Insteon Hub
Hi all
Has anyone got Demopad working with Insteon Hub? If so, could you share how you did it?
Thanks
Karen

Latest Version Bugs - Updated
Hi I've updated to the latest version, and when using the desktop designer, my flags are going crazy. I changed my Sonos volume control to the new press and hold, which works beautifully. So, I then went to delete all the flags I had set up to emulate press and hold before. The system is now just de...

Re: Volume Slider
Oh, okay! I downloaded the new designer yesterday, and it says: You can now use [+]1 and [-]1 actions to increase or decrease number variables . But silly me, I skimmed this part without taking it in properly (requires app version 1.4.1 or later) . My app version is 1.3.9. Thanks very much for your ...

Re: Volume Slider
Okay, I've downloaded the new version, and tried the [+]1, but it doesn't work. I have a speaker icon which sets a VolUp flag to ON while pressed, and OFF when released, and another which sets a VolDown flag in the same manner (ie as for a repeating key). I have a custom number variable (SonosVolume...

Re: Volume Slider
Action Type: Set a Number Data: [+]1 Ah - I actually tried that, so that is a good, intuitive approach! :D I look forward in having it actually work, in the next release. Adding flags should not affect response times at all - if you'd like to email your project to support@demopad.com we can have a ...

Volume Slider
Hi I am attempting to create a slider for the volume for my Sonos device. I have a horizontal line, which lights up green as you drag your finger along, and the volume increase and decreases (although with an annoying lag*). 1) How does one create a speaker icon to drag along the bar, like the Sonos...

Re: TV Trouble
Thanks for the reply - we're looking into that python code now, seeing if we can reverse engineer something.
