Re: Apple TV Scrolling Speed
OK, thanks. Relearning long presses in iLearn helped. I get it, and have it fully working! Just a work of caution to anyone trying this, don't throw the codes repeatedly as fast as you can at the apple tv as there is some sort of buffer and you can't stop quickly, even sending the stop command. Inst...

Re: Apple TV Scrolling Speed
Thanks for the tip. I'm nearly there but struggling with why you chose 137 and 69 offset in the 2 examples. I can't see the full codes as they truncated in your post. Here is my select code : sendir,1:2,1,38461,1,1,347,173,21,22,21,65,21,65,21,65,21,22,21,65,21,65,21,65,21,65,21,65,21,65,21,22, 21,2...

Apple TV Scrolling Speed
Anyone had any luck getting a fast smooth scroll through Apple TV menus ? I just can't get it to scroll anywhere near as fast as using the apple remote. Also can't get the Option menu up which would be a long press on the select button of Gen 2 & 3 apple TV. I'm using press and hold to repeat the co...

Re: Share Your Designs!
Yes, I'm happily using the 9100a, and that is what is producing the picture in the dumps above. I see it's coming soon to the Demopad store.

Re: Apple TV Interface?
You can run the apple remote for Apple TV from a demopad button. See the following part of the demopad manual :
"Equally, to launch the Apple Remote app, type in “remote://” in the Web / App text area."

Re: Share Your Designs!
To be more specific, demopad just keeps refreshing a jpg image that is stored and constantly updated on the 9100a. No video player or flash needed. You do not get sound, and it's not quite smooth enough to watch constantly, but it's great for seeing what's going on on another source, while your tv i...

Re: Share Your Designs!
Yep, I used the 9100a. You link to the image with a dynamic label and demopad does the rest. You send http/ip commands to change the input it displays.

Styled as a tribute to iPronto. Getting away from the concept of buttons (they are physical thing!).
Enjoy !
