Re: New to DemoPad - iTach Port?
I started out way back using the WiFi2IR global cache device but gave up on it as I was loosing the connection. I went to the GC IP2IR and it’s been working perfectly for 6 years.

Re: New iPad and App Won't load
Did you finally get it to load. I am also using an old version and can’t remember if I had a password for designer or not. I have DemoPad on a standard iPad and on a iPad Pro as a backup. Designer still works for me.

Re: Power on command not working for my Sony XBR TV
Well I figured it out. In the Sony DC1 file, There is a “Sony TV Discrete Power On” which I was using and a “Sony TV Power”. The discrete must have worked at one time because all my connected devices from my Denon receiver to the Sony TV at one time worked. They all showed Discrete Power on in the d...

Re: Power on command not working for my Sony XBR TV
I went back and looked at a previous post I had here for the same issue. It was suggested I try to turn on the TV using the ON command using the Global Cache iTest. That did worked so there is something going on within the DemoPad button commands I'm guessing. I have a single line item command to tu...

Power on command not working for my Sony XBR TV
I have a Sony Bravia XBR-75X900F TV. I downloaded the Sony DC1 file from here when I was setting up my system with DemoPad about two years ago. I have a Global Cache IP2IR blaster setup on IR output #3. This is the Discrete IR code I am using to Power up the TV: sendir,1:3,1,40000,3,1,96,23,48,24,24...

Re: Which command works best
The frustrating issue is that with no changes, the power is turning on fine again. Maybe there’s something going on with my network.

Thanks.
I’m using the GC IP2IR unit and it’s been working very well for me ever since my iRule days.

Re: Which command works best
I believe I misunderstood your question on Sony TV code repeats.
Within the IR code there are 3 repeats for each Sony TV code transmitted.

Re: Which command works best
The “Sony TV discrete power on” When it’s working, the power comes on almost as soon as I Take my finger off the button. Usually set at .00 or .30 but just a single power on line item. There is a light on the front of the TV set that illuminates so I know the command took. The command string is to t...

So are you saying as an example:
0.0 Sony TV discrete power on
1.0 Sony TV descrete power on
1.3 Sony TV channel 4

Which command works best
I’ve been having some issues turning on my Sony Bravia 4K TV (IR commands). Sometime the send command works and more likely it doesn’t. All other Sony command work fine. I’ve been using the “actions when released” action on all my commands and macro strings and in general it seems to perform correct...

Shutdown Widows 10 HTPC
I am trying to shutdown my Windows 10 HTPC from Demopad. I can turn it on using the MAC address. Can I also turn it off using the MAC address? It will accept IR commands using an old HP IR Receiver. A command to set up a shutdown button within win 10, I’ve used with my mouse after the button has bee...
