Re: Who is Looking Forward to this.......
That's how I read it too, a product like that would be a useful thing to have.....press a button in Demopad and have the unit turn your electric blanket on AT 6.45pm  That can already be done with the Global Cache Relay's. You'd have to switch another relay with it as the Global Cache can't sw...

Re: Volume Slider
Okay, I've downloaded the new version, and tried the [+]1, but it doesn't work. For the plus and minus buttons, the next release of the app (due in a week or so) Thats a new function that has yet to be released. I'm guessing there will be an updated version of the iOS app and Designer to support th...

Re: Anyone tried a cheap Ethernet / IP to rs232 boxe?
Received a Global Cache iTach RS232 today, works great!
Keene Electronics also do one which I am going to try out next. I already own quite a few Keene IP to IR modules and they work great as well.

Re: IP2CC Global Cache Commands
Thanks for the info!
Your reply is the same as what i just found out by trial and error. The iTest was using port 4998 and to connect on 4999 I had to also set the serial device to use multiple port via the web interface.
Now just to try it in demopad!

Re: IP2CC Global Cache Commands
The device has this command
0xFE 0x00 0x42 0x01 0x82
Using iTest and adding 0x0D to the end, returns an error.
ERR_0:0,001. (which is syntax error)
and without the 0x0D
ERR_0:0,016. (which is no carriage return found)

This is the only code in one of my HTML files which is hosted on my server at home. I created a blank image (png, jpg etc) of the size of the webview area needed. Drew a webview on the page, selected it along with the blank image and used the image resize toolbar to make them the same size. The blan...
