Once again thanks for the replies.

I am sure all of this will start to make sense once i start using the Dpad software to create a file.

Just arrived at the customers house to continue investigating the issue and now one of the ipads Dpad app has basically frozen on Downloading files...

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. The RS232 port on the GC-100 is empty. The only ports that are used is ethernet and then the IR ports. When you say the matrix do you mean the Wyrestorm HDbaseT switcher? Also i do not have the demopad file, the previous company have left the client with zero user documentation...
