What are the file naming restrictions when using cloud deployment?

Took me ages to figure out that a graphic called CH+_0.jpg couldn't be used!

Will it be the same as any file fetched by HTTP?

I have the Pro version of the software. After an update do I have to enter the cloud details again to activate Pro?

I did try this from the original email, but all I get is authorisation failed.
